Couple Overjoyed To Get Sentenced To Life In Prison - Here’s What They Did

While vigilante justice is glamorized in all sorts of television shows and motion pictures, the reality is that actions of this nature are punishable to the fullest extent of the law. Irregardless of intentions, ridding the Earth of someone that may pose a threat to others is still a big no-no, as this couple in North Carolina recently learned. However, the couple doesn’t seem to be fazed by their legal troubles at all, and even expressed a desire to do it again.

As the Daily Mail reports, Jeremy Lee Moody and Christine Moody have admitted to targeting and killing a couple in North Carolina. The victims were Marvin Parker, 59, and Gretchen Dawn Parker, 51, and the couple had its share of skeletons in the closet. Marvin was a registered sex offender, and that’s how he made his way to the Moody’s hit list.

The Moody’s also happen to be members of a white supremacist group in the area, but they say they acted on their own. Lawyers for the couple claim they were sexually abused as children, and that led them to target Parker. Jeremy shot and killed both of the victims, while Christine assisted by slitting Gretchen’s throat.

The couple appeared in court and were sentenced to consecutive life sentences, but the punishment didn’t faze them in the slightest. They even kissed after the judge informed them of their fate, and they had some words to share on the way out of court.

“See you perverts later. That's what child molesters get. They got exactly what they deserve. Had to do it over again, I'd kill more,” Jeremy said.

“I think Jeremy and I would have done it again if given the opportunity. I have no regrets. Killing that pedophile was the best day of my life,” Christine said.

Reports indicate the couple had another target in mind before being arrested.
