California Bakers Refuse To Make Little Boy's Birthday Cake For Outrageous Reason

Like most kids, one little boy knew exactly what he wanted for his birthday, particularly when it came to his cake. Unfortunately for him, the local baker refused to comply.

Dylan Harbin, a 9-year-old boy who goes by the name ‘Pickle’, is a fanatic supporter of President Trump. After writing a heartfelt letter to the president, the young boy and his family were stunned when Dylan’s message was read out by White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

Dylan, who lives in California with his family, is a third-grade student at Elmwood Elementary School, Stockton. Dylan’s obsession with the 45th President of the United States began at school. SueAnn, recalls how “he came home and he says ‘Mom I’m voting for Trump’.”

Dyland Harbin first came to national attention when his adorable letter was read out by Ms. Sanders at a White House Press Briefing. “My name is Dylan but, every body calls me Pickle. I’m 9 years old and you are my favrit president. I like you so much I had a birthday about you. My cake was the shap of your hat,” wrote the young Trump supporter.

However, it has since been revealed that Dylan’s birthday party nearly ended in disaster. When she went to buy her son a cake, SueAnn was stunned when Californian bakeries refused to make a ‘Trump-style’ cake. Luckily, SueAnn was not going to disappoint her son on his birthday, spending hours in the kitchen to personally bake Dylan a ‘Make America Great Again’ cake. By all reports, the young boy greatly enjoyed his Trump-themed birthday party and is looking forward to further celebrations.

In his letter, the young boy also asked the Commander-in-Chief a few personal questions, writing: “How old are you? How big is the White House? How much monny do you have? I don’t know why people don’t like you. You seem nice can we be friends?” Luckily for Dylan, the Press Secretary took the time to answer Dylan’s questions, emphasizing to the assembled journalists that President Trump had personally signed off on the proceedings, saying: “I’m happy to say that I directly spoke to the president, Dylan, and he would be more than happy to be your friend.” Ms. Sanders also indicated that letter readings from “some of the forgotten men, women and children that we're here to serve,” could become a regular component of the Daily Press Briefing.

When SueAnn found out that the White House was preparing to publicly acknowledge her son’s letter, she was absolutely shocked, telling the Washington Post: “It was a complete surprise. We were at a Giants game and they had called right before we went in to the stadium and they said, ‘Hi, this is so and so from the White House and we’re calling to let you know that we received Pickle’s letter and that they’re going to read it at the press conference in about 20 minutes.'”

Unfortunately, despite SueAnn verifying the letter’s existence, many online commenters are blinded by their distrust of the Trump Administration, accusing the White House of concocting a fake letter from a child. If online commenters still need a sign that socio-political division is hurting the country, they should look to Dylan Harbin – a boy who nearly didn’t get a birthday cake because bakers couldn’t look past their own ideologies.
