Caitlyn Jenner Just Announced The One Thing Everyone Has Been Waiting To Hear

When Bruce Jenner first began transitioning to Caitlyn Jenner, she dodged the question about surgery. "It’s nobody’s business whether I want to do that to my body," said Jenner in a Sports Illustrated issue.

Apparently, people kept trying to make it their business. Complete strangers were always walking up to Jenner and casually striking up conversations about her genitals. "You want to know, so now you know. Which is why this is the first time, and the last time, I will ever speak of it," she wrote in her memoir coming out this month, 'The Secrets of My Life'.

The procedure involves the testicles and most of the penis being removed. The urethra is shortened and the skin from the penis is inverted and used to create a vagina.

Jenner got a $4 million advance for penning the autobiography. She reveals that in January she had the final, successful surgery to complete her transition. "I just want to have all the right parts. I am also tired of tucking the damn thing in all the time," she wrote.

"I am going to live authentically for the first time in my life," she said.

Jenner claims that she always knew Caitlyn was part of her. "Little Caitlyn has been in there since I was this big," she explained in the Sports Illustrated interview. "Sometimes she raised her cute little head more than others. I was female inside, but I wasn’t an effeminate male. So I could hide easily in the male world... I had proved myself as a man. And I still had this person living inside me that I had never, ever really dealt with."

Jenner has had other surgeries to enhance her look as well. She's had breast augmentation, a shaved jawbone, a row lift and a tracheal shave. She claims she was always unhappy with her male body, even when in the prime of her athletic career. "It disgusted me. I was big and thick and masculine. The rest of the world thought it was this Greek god kind of body. I hated it," she said. "But it’s what I was given, so I just tried to do the best I could with it."

"I was always considering plastic surgery," admits Jenner. "When you’re gender dysphoric, you’re constantly looking at yourself and seeing things that don’t look right."
