Boyfriend Gets Spoofed When She Eats Raw Meat, And Other Food Pranks

It's April; have any of your friends or loved ones made an April fool out of you yet? If not, don't get caught off guard. Social media is showing that a popular trend right now is posting food pranks. While some are harmless, others are outright mean.

Beakyy of Imgur posted a photo saying that she wanted to pull a big prank on her boyfriend. She got some mashed raspberries and pretended that it was raw meat. “Defrosted raspberries can make a grown man retch,” she writes.

The raspberries looked like extremely bloody hamburger and her boyfriend apparently freaked out when she started wolfing it down. But that's not so bad compared to some of the other food pranks growing in popularity.

One terrible prank involves Oreo cookies. Someone opened the cookies and scraped away all the creamy sugary filling only to replace it with toothpaste. After re-assembling the sandwich cookies the prankster put them in a glass cookie jar. Don't even think about the poor victims who tried biting into those.

One Instagram user made a pie out of meat and used mashed potatoes tinted with beets as frosting. At least the victim wasn't eating anything gross - it was essentially cooked meatloaf and potatoes, but the optical illusion is what makes the prank funny. When your eyes see that sweet-looking pie, you expect to get those fruity, creamy flavors-- you don't expect to have a mouth full of savory foods, and it can be a shock to the taste buds.

Perhaps worst of all is the trick one boyfriend played on his girlfriend. He made her a sandwich that contained cat food. Then he sat there and watched her consume more than half the sandwich. She apparently liked it until he finally couldn't hold back the laughter anymore.

Come to think of it, he may be an ex-boyfriend now. That is a dirty trick.
