Are You ‘O’ Blood Type? It Could Have Significant Meaning

If you have type O blood, you probably know you're a 'universal donor.' People with type O blood can donate to people of any other blood type. But did you know there are some other details your blood type reveals about you? At least, that's what some people believe.

In Japan, many people believe that your blood type gives hints to your personality and your health. If you were interviewing for a job in Japan, an employer would be happy to find out you have type O blood.

People with type O are considered responsible, organized, pragmatic, clear-headed and ambitious. They're particularly good at tasks that require logic and reason.

On the down side, those with type O blood can be impulsive and hyperactive. They tend to harbor a lot of stress and are quick to anger under pressure. Keeping a healthy lifestyle with a proper diet and exercise routine will help a type O manage these problems, some suggest.

If you have type O, you might be at risk for certain health problems such as insulin resistance, thyroid disease and stomach ulcers. Keep your blood sugar under control and avoid caffeine if you can.

Blood type personality theory isn't considered a credible science, and many skeptics scoff. That doesn't stop a lot of people from continuing to believe there is something to the theory. What do you think?
