Airlines Deny Family With A Sick 3-Year-Old To Fly - Trump Offers His Private Plane

Though Donald Trump has been portrayed as a supervillain in the media, his supporters are circulating a story that shows a better side of Trump. They're hoping his good deed doesn't go unnoticed.

In 1988 he let a family with sick child board his private 747 from Los Angeles to New York. The 3-year-old named Andrew Ten had a breathing condition. Doctors in California weren’t able to diagnose him, so his family wanted to take him to New York to get the best care that money could buy.

The only problem was that commercial airlines wouldn't allow the boy on the plane. They were afraid that he would have problems with all the equipment he would need to bring on the plane such as an oxygen tank. None of the airlines wanted to be responsible if something were to happen to the boy so they wouldn’t let me board a flight. The family wasn’t able to afford a private flight for their son and they didn’t know what to do.

That’s when they decided to reach out to Trump for help.

“Mr. Trump did not hesitate when we called him up,” said Andrew’s father, Rabbi “Hershy” Harold Ten. “He said ‘yes, I’ll send my plane out.’”

He says that Trump is a good man with children of his own and knows what being a good father is all about.
