6 Teens Attack, Rape Girl Twice - Don’t Realize This

A group of high school football players are facing a judge after being accused of gang rape. A 16-year-old girl said she left school and was walking through a wooded area to go to McDonald's when the boys attacked her on the way there. She said two of them then attacked her and raped her again on the way back.

The teens told authorities the sexual encounter with the girl was consensual. The girl partially video recorded the event, which shows her saying 'no' when the boys asked her to perform sex acts. The girl kept telling them she wanted to go back to school.

“The males are circling her and appear to be trying to intimidate her into performing the acts and keeping her from leaving,” said a report.

Deoante Stewart, 17 and Marquis Pierre, 17, could be tried as adults. If tried as adults and convicted, they could face up to 30 years in prison. If tried as youthful offenders, they could get up to six years.

Three other suspects who are 17 will most likely be charged as youthful offenders. If convicted they could be placed in a juvenile facility until they're 19 years old.

A sixth suspect - an 18-year-old adult - has not been charged yet. He'll be charged separately from the minors.
