Trump’s Refugee Ban Sparked Outrage - Many Missed One Big Detail

President Donald Trump sat for an interview with CBN News to discuss the refugee crisis. According to the president, the focus will be on Christians first.

David Brody, host of the show 'The Brody File,' sat down in the Blue Room at the White House with the president. He asked president Trump about the refugee policies that are being put in place. "As it relates to persecuted Christians, do you see them as kind of a priority here?" Brody asked.

"Yes," admitted president Trump. "They’ve been horribly treated. Do you know if you were a Christian in Syria it was impossible, at least very tough to get into the United States? If you were a Muslim you could come in, but if you were a Christian, it was almost impossible and the reason that was so unfair, everybody was persecuted in all fairness, but they were chopping off the heads of everybody but more so the Christians. And I thought it was very, very unfair. So we are going to help them."

President Trump has sparked a new wave of protests this weekend when he issued an executive order to temporarily ban all immigration through seven primarily Muslim countries. According to the Trump administration, there will be a 90-day review period to try and improve the vetting process for refugees.
