Wife Of Former NHL Great Claims Trump Once Became 'Aggressive' With Her In Elevator

If you’re a man that’s behaved badly in the past, your day of reckoning may be coming as well. That simple thought is likely rolling around the head of a countless number of men in powerful positions these days, as there has been an absolute tsunami of allegations revolving around sexual misconduct in recent times. Ever since the Harvey Weinstein scandal broke, there have been a countless number of similar scandals that have brought down men such as former ‘Today’ show host Matt Lauer, comedian Louis C.K., celebrity chef Mario Batali, and Sen. Al Franken (D-MN), to name a few.

In addition to the new scandals, closer examination is being given to allegations of the past that were never completely reconciled. Among the situations that have garnered closer scrutiny is the accusations that were dropped on President Donald Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign. The allegations nearly derailed his candidacy, but they seemed to disappear into thin air after his surprising victory. They’re back under the microscope in the current environment, and there have been many calls for a closer look to be taken at things. A new claim that’s making the rounds about Trump’s behavior towards women will only make those calls get even louder.

As the Daily Mail shares, Stacia Robitaille, wife of former NHL great Luc Robitaille, has a story to tell about POTUS from about 20 years ago, and she’s hopped on social media to tell it.

“I was once on a elevator alone with @realDonaldTrump (& a man w/him) at Madison Square Gardens. He was aggressive & told me I was coming home with him. I laughed, stating I was married to a Ranger,” she wrote. “He guaranteed me my husband didn't make as much money as him. #ThisIsOurPresident.”

Naturally, her post gained a ton of attention, and she would hop back on to make her intentions clear.

“I'm not a liberal lefty and I'm not looking for attention. Just felt bad keeping it to myself,” she added.

Robitaille’s claim comes on top of the fact that three of his accusers, Samantha Holvey, Jessica Leeds, and Rachel Crooks, have gone public with their claims again. The trio held a press conference to call for an investigation, and they appeared on NBC’s Megyn Kelly Today’ to call even more attention to what they have to say.

“All of a sudden, he's all over, me, kissing and groping and groping and kissing,” said Leeds.

She notes that she is, in fact, a Democrat, but she has absolutely no ulterior motive for pressing on with her assertions. “I wanted people to know what kind of a person that Trump really is...what a pervert he is,” she added.

Trump has continually denied all of the allegations that have been levelled against him, and he noted on social media that they are “false accusations and fabricated stories of women who I don’t know and/or have never met.”

Is there anything to see here with POTUS and his behavior towards the opposite sex? We have no idea, and the only ones that can clear up the confusion are the president and his accusers. Since both sides are holding firm in their assertions, it’s impossible to get to the bottom of it barring a full-scale investigation from a completely unbiased party. In today’s environment, that may very well be where this all goes before too long.
