Voters Support Donald Trump’s Cabinet Picks

In the aftermath of most presidential elections, ordinary people go on about their business and put politics in the rearview mirror. It seems pretty different this time, and that’s largely due to the contentiousness and closeness of this year’s proceedings.

As Newsmax reports, supporters of President-elect Donald Trump seem particularly engaged this time around. Granted, that’s because their candidate won, but it’s also because they genuinely feel a sense of enthusiasm for the possibility that things will be different going forward. A recent sampling of Trump supporters’ opinions on his cabinet picks further emphasizes that point.

While segments of the mainstream media have blasted Trump over filling the cabinet with ‘billionaires’ and military veterans, his choices will do just fine by his supporters.

"They don't need any more money. The motivation is to make pragmatic, rational business decisions. What could be wrong about that?" shared one supporter.

Another opined that he was pleased to see Trump "hiring outsiders and not local yokel knuckleheads."

Others offered up their feelings of renewed optimism.

“And people are excited. It's just a different vibe in the air right now," shared one Trump voter.

"Look at the stock market. That expresses the optimism of this country right now," shared another.
