Official White House Christmas Booklet Features An Animated Barron Trump

It’s the holiday season, and jingle bells are ringing out all over the place. As the calendar turns to December, we can all expect to be bombarded with things such as Christmas carols and holiday-themed advertisements, not to mention the fact that our to-do lists are going to seem to be insurmountable for the next couple of weeks. While it may be the most wonderful time of the year, it can sometimes seem like anything but that with so many things on our plates.

That said, it’s always important to stop and smell the roses - so to speak - and appreciate things as they are. Despite the hectic nature of the season, there really is something magical about the holidays if you slow down and take the time to soak things in. The spirit can even be contagious if you allow it to be, and we can all do our part to advance the sentiments of good tidings and cheer for all. Even the White House is getting into the act, as 1600 Pennsylvania is completely decked out with a breathtaking array of holiday decorations.

First Lady Melania Trump has reportedly been quite involved in this year’s theme for the White House decorations, and she selected what is known as ‘Time-Honored Traditions.’ As such, each and every part of the decor carries with it some significance, and the White House has even taken the time to lay that out for guests and visitors. It’s a pretty busy tourist season in the nation’s capital these days, and it’s estimated that 25,000 folks will take a tour of the White House itself.

As the Daily Mail shares, this year's White House Christmas booklet will provide a ton of insight into the dazzling display, and it will even feature an animated Barron Trump. That’s right, the youngest son of President Donald Trump is drawn in cartoon form throughout the guide to help point out different things that we would imagine guests will be quite intrigued by.

Barron is drawn in scenes featuring the Library, the East Colonnade, the Blue Room, the Green Room, and basically all over the White House. It’s like a little version of ‘Where in the world is…’ featuring the first son as he guides guests through the White House. It’s a nifty little touch to the guide that will surely turn into a sought-after collectible.

It’s pretty tough to not get into the festive spirit after taking a gander at the White House display, and the same will hopefully apply for any and all holiday displays that you may come across in your travels. The holidays really do go by in a flash, and it’s always a much more enjoyable time when you get a hold of some of that Christmas spirit and help to pass it along.

For those not convinced about that, you should consider the tale of Ebenezer Scrooge, who found himself quite taken aback by the spirit after having the holy hell scared out of him. In a perfect world, you won’t be the one that makes the same mistakes that he made.
