Michele Bachmann Has Chilling Prophecy: Left Causing Antichrist To Come To Power

The “globalist” opponents of President Trump are threatening to bring about the arrival of the Antichrist, according to Michele Bachmann.

ThinkProgress, citing Right Wing Watch and Friendly Atheist as its sources, reported that the former Republican congresswoman from Minnesota made the suggestion last week on the “Last Days” radio show. The host, Jan Markell, blasted globalists for seeking a “one-world system” with “no borders,” though they “lost big time” with the election of Trump.

Bachmann replied: “Scripture tells us that in the End Times, that is what (the) Antichrist will be  —  he will be a part of a one-world system. There has always been two competing ideologies, one that wants to follow the truth of the Lord God and those who want to rebel against the creator God.” The ex-lawmaker accused the latter group of favoring a “manmade, one-world system.”

Bachmann went on to slam “G-28, Davos types (and) billionaires” for advocating a “borderless world.” The evangelical Christian claimed “there are people who reject Judeo-Christian truth and instead want to insert and usurp control of all of our lives with a global, economic and political government.”

ThinkProgress noted that Bachmann has often made extreme statements regarding her right-wing Christian views. The former congresswoman said the 9/11 attacks were God’s punishment for the United States, and that homosexuality is “part of Satan.” She endorsed Trump early in his presidential campaign, represented him as a campaign surrogate at rallies and served on his Evangelical Executive Advisory Board.

ThinkProgress reported that Bachmann and Markell “appear to be out of step with the pro-immigrant slant of most religious Americans, (as) majorities of every major faith group in the country support some form of comprehensive immigration reform.” Religious organizations also “have also been staunch opponents of Trump’s anti-immigrant rhetoric,” according to the liberal website.

Bachmann, who represented Minnesota’s 6th congressional district from 2007-15, sought the Republican presidential nomination in 2012. While in Congress, she co-founded the House Tea Party Caucus.
