Judge Jeanine: Just 'Cause Clinton Lost Doesn't Mean She Should Get A Pass

Jeanine Pirro has some harsh words for Hillary Clinton.

Pirro, apparently not impressed with Hillary Clinton’s new book, described the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee as a “cold, calculated woman on the road to power by any means possible.”

“Snap out of it!” the former judge declared on her Fox News show. “Do I have to go through this again? Her reign was one of bold, brazen, in-your-face pay-to-play corruption.” Pirro demanded that the Justice Department launch an investigation of Clinton’s alleged crimes. She mentioned the deadly attack on U.S. facilities in Benghazi, Libya, while Clinton was secretary of state; as well as Clinton’s use of a private email server and her fundraising activities on behalf of her family’s charitable foundation.

“Impanel a grand jury immediately and void the false Clinton immunity deals, easily done since each one has been violated,” Pirro said. “Hillary should not get a free pass because she lost an election. It’s time to stop this psychopath from continuing her non-stop stream of lies and criminal activity.” The conservative commentator argued that those who believe Clinton has already been the subject of enough scrutiny by the federal government “has never prosecuted a case, is a complete idiot or is an out-and-out liar.” Mediaite reported that the ex-judge said the title of Clinton’s book should have been “Living In Denial and in Need of a Lobotomy,” instead of “What Happened.”

“What happened?” Pirro asked. “You lost, he won, Karma’s a bitch. You lost because people don’t like you. They don’t trust you. You’re arrogant and condescending. You call them names like deplorable, and you have the moral core of a jellyfish.”

In the book, Clinton cites a number of factors that she believes contributed to her upset loss to Donald Trump. She blames former FBI Director James Comey, Russian leader Vladimir Putin and Bernie Sanders, among others. She comes down hardest on Comey, who accused her of having been “extremely careless” in handling classified government information while heading the State Department. While the bureau chief did not recommend criminal charges, he did re-open the email probe just 11 days before the election. Clinton claims that stopped her momentum and cost her the presidency.

Clinton agrees with U.S. intelligence agencies which determined that Putin was responsible for last summer’s cyberattacks on Democratic Party officials. The hacking uncovered emails, later released by WikiLeaks, that contained embarrassing information about the Democratic National Committee and the party’s presidential candidate. Some of the messages suggested that Democratic operatives conspired with the Clinton campaign to derail Sanders’ bid for the party’s nomination.

As she tours the country giving speeches and making television appearances to promote her book, Clinton has been slamming Sanders. She accuses him of “impugning” her character by reminding voters about her corporate campaign contributions and speaking fees. According to Clinton, Sanders’ attacks led to Trump inciting crowds at his campaign rallies to chant, “Lock her up!”

While Clinton insists that she will never again run for public office, she has vowed to be part of the “resistance” against Trump’s presidency.
