Jeb Bush Argues That Four Percent Growth Can Only Occur By Repealing All of President Obama's Regulations

During Tuesday's fourth Republican presidential debate, hosted by Fox Business, Jeb Bush talked about regulatory practices slamming the Obama administration. He said, “On the regulatory side, I think we need to repeal every rule that Barack Obama has in terms of work in progress, every one of them, and start over."

Bush wants four percent economic growth, and he went on to say “We should repeal the rules because the economic costs of this far exceed the social benefit. If we are serious about being serious about high growth, we have to recognize that small businesses right now, more of them are closing than are being set up."

In addition, he went after Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton for giving Obama's policies an "A" grade by saying “Really? One in 10 people right now aren't working or have given up all together. ... That's not an 'A.’”

Ohio Gov. John Kasich then tried to step into Bush's first question, when Bush replied “I had four minutes last debate, I want to get my question right now." Last month's CNBC debate gave Bush very little screen time, which led to criticism of his performance. Furthermore, he was not one of the first four candidates questioned during the start of Tuesday's debate.
