Graham Strongly Hints Clinton Will Capture the Presidency

Presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton will probably win the presidential election in November, according to Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham.

“The next president, whoever he or she — most likely she — is going to be, needs to get these defense cuts set aside,” the South Carolina senator told his audience at a conference of the Center for a New American Security. Politico has posted a video of the speech.

Newsmax noted that Graham is a frequent critic of the apparent Republican nominee, Donald Trump. He has accused the billionaire businessman of being a “bigot” who is not a true conservative. The senator clashed with Trump at several GOP candidates’ debates before ending his White House bid in December.

Graham has vowed to vote for neither Trump nor Clinton. “The bottom line: I think there’s a fight within the Republican Party for who we are on foreign policy, from the Rand Paul view to the Lindsey Graham, John McCain view,” he said at the conference, according to Politico.

Graham continued: “And Trump’s somewhere out there, somewhere saying something, I don’t know where he’s at. So, I think there's a more traditional view of foreign policy emerging on the Republican side. It's one of the reasons I wanted to run for president."
