Carly Fiorina Goes After Hillary Clinton Interview

2016 GOP presidential candidate, Carly Fiorina, reacted to Hillary Clinton’s first television interview on CNN since she first announcing her run for the presidency. Her Facebook post, that surfaced after the interview read, “Stunning…and yet completely unsurprising.”

Fiorina continued to write, “Hillary Clinton managed not to answer any substantive questions during that interview. And she wasn’t even asked about her track record as Secretary of State.”According to Fiorina, if the Republican Party wants to be successful with their bid for the White House they need to have a candidate who isn't afraid to hold Clinton accountable for her actions.

She elaborated on this statement arguing that the candidate needs to be someone “who will ask her about Benghazi, who will ask her about her conflicts of interest while her family accepted money from countries with business before her, who will ask her why she though a gimmicky red reset button would dissuade the ambitions of someone like Vladmir Putin.” As it stands, Fiorina is strongly vying for this position, ready to ask the hard-hitting questions that need to be answered.

Fiorina has been on Clinton’s tail for a while, trying to get her to answer the media’s inquiries. She even went as far as to hold her own press conference outside of one of Clinton’s campaign events when the two were visiting the same state at the same time. Unfortunately, this proved unsuccessful in getting the answers that were sought.
