Bristol Palin Blasts Kathy Griffin For Trump Photo Response - Playing The Victim Card

Last week wasn’t a very good one for Kathy Griffin. She followed up one unfathomably bad decision with another that gave it a run for its money. Griffin got the ball rolling by holding up a faux, bloody, severed head of President Donald Trump, allowing a photographer to document the moment, and then having that moment shared with the world. After being blasted from every which way imaginable, she offered up a nervous apology in which she begged for forgiveness.

If Griffin would have left it at that and then disappeared for awhile before delivering a serious and heartfelt mea culpa, she may have been able to slightly recover. However, her week of bad decision making continued. Griffin decided that it would be a good idea to call a press conference in which she would pull out the victim card - and she would be accompanied by an attorney while doing so.

As Raw Story shares, you would be hard pressed to find an unbiased observer that fell for her ploy. Griffin was blasted for her victim stunt, and she may want to seriously examine who she’s taking advice from at this point in her life.

“I don’t think I’ll have a career after this. I’m gonna be honest. He [Trump] broke me,” she said.

If you really want to pick nits, Griffin broke herself. She knew this was an incredibly poor decision, as evidenced by the well-publicized conversation she had with the photographer prior to posting the disturbing photo. Nonetheless, the image was uploaded, and any and all backlash she has received comes with the territory.

Bristol Palin is among those that’s crying no tears for Griffin. The comedienne has previously targeted the Palin family, and she did so in an incredibly cruel way.

“Vegas this Friday night! 2 shows at Mandalay Bay. Oh, Palin, ur goin down so hard, you'd better just stay in Wasilla w ur 'retarded baby,'" Griffin actually wrote on social media in 2009.

As you can see, poor decision making is not a new phenomenon for Griffin. To actually target and insult a child is beyond comprehension, so it’s pretty safe to say there’s no love lost as far as the Palins are concerned. As for Bristol, she penned a piece that outlined the reasons why Griffin is nowhere near a victim in this situation.

“Yesterday, I was rocking my baby to sleep watching Fox News and the Kathy Griffin press conference came on…. I just started to reminisce on all the s**t she’s done to my little family,” she wrote.

She would proceed to outline the various disturbing things that Griffin has said about her and her family in the name of ‘comedy,’ and it provides further validation that Griffin deserves little in the way of sympathy at the moment.

“Our president didn’t break you; you broke yourself, and you’re continuing to break any sort of ‘comedic career’ by blaming everyone else," Bristol concluded.

As they say, he who laughs last laughs the loudest, but there’s really nothing funny about this situation. Griffin has made a career out of saying ridiculously hateful things, and she can’t deal now that she’s being blasted for some ridiculous decisions.
