Anti-Immigration Activists Everywhere Demand She Be Deported After Sharing Pictures Of Her Tax Return

A young undocumented immigrant shared a photo of herself holding up her tax returns. She claims she's trying to bust the myth that illegal aliens don't pay taxes. She wants to know why the president has not released his tax returns. Her social media post stirred up a lot of controversy as people called for her deportation.

Belen Sisa, age 23, is a 'dreamer'. The Argentinian native was brought to the U.S. by her family as a child, and they simply never went back. The Arizona State University is protected from deportation by former President Barack Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

Because of DACA, Sisa is allowed to study, work and remain in the U.S., even though she's not a citizen, has no green card or visa.

Sisa wanted to send a message to Americans, so she made a post on Facebook that included a picture of herself holding her tax returns.

"MYTHBUSTER:" the post begins. "I, an undocumented immigrant, just filed my taxes and PAID $300 to the state of Arizona. I cannot receive financial aid from the state or federal government for school, I cannot benefit from unemployment, a reduced healthcare plan, or a retirement fund. I think I'm a pretty good citizen."

Sisa adds, "Oh and there are MILLIONS just like me who pay into a system they will never receive anything from. Wanna tell me again how I should be deported, contribute nothing and only leech off this country while the 1% wealthiest people in this country steal from you everyday? How about you show me yours Donald J. Trump?"

Instead of an outpouring of support, Sisa got an outpouring of outrage. Her Facebook page quickly filled up with messages from people calling for her deportation.

Some were incredibly harsh. "You're disgusting and I hope that you and your family will be sent back to the lesser country that your ancestors built," read one comment.

"Whose social are you using? Your face/clothes/car seems to be contrary to u needing assistance girl," read another.

Some speculate how Sisa could have been in the country since she was six years old without ever using public funding. If her parents ever used Medicaid or food stamps to provide for her, sent her to public school, made use of public programs, etc., then her $300 doesn't even begin to cover it.

Sisa defended herself to the nay-sayers. "I am legally working in the United States through DACA, and I'm pretty sure the IRS isn't going to come after someone who PAYS their taxes," she argued. "I truly feel bad for these people, may they find peace and happiness in their own dark hearts."
