Ann Coulter Is Really Unhappy With Trump's Lack Of Progress On One Issue

President Donald Trump has no shortage of critics, and even some of his most ardent supporters are beginning to lose a little faith. The reasons for this development vary. Some supporters are simply tired of the negativity attached to the Trump presidency, while others are starting to believe that there must be something there with all of the conspiracy theories making the rounds. Other supporters are simply disappointed that the Trump administration has not made enough progress in a number of key areas.

As Fox News Insider shares, conservative commentator Ann Coulter falls into the latter category. Coulter has never been one to bite her tongue, and she’s downright ticked off that Trump has not made progress on his promise to build a wall between the United States and Mexico. She took to Twitter to express her angst, and she unloaded via a series of tweets.

“Yesterday, the Trump administration kept in place Obama’s unconstitutional executive amnesty,” she wrote. “This daily Trump melodrama is worth it ONLY if he’s really going to build the wall, cut off Muslim refugees and deport illegals.”

Coulter wasn’t done. Not by a long shot. She’s tired of seeing no progress being made on the border wall front, and she’s decided it’s time to call attention to that fact.

“Today's BORDER WALL CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Miles completed yesterday--Zero; Miles completed since Inauguration--Zero. NEXT UPDATE TOMORROW,” she continued. “Anyone in a Southwestern state who strolls to the border & drops a brick will have done more to build the wall than @realDonaldTrump.”

She would even offer up a solution to how some real progress on the wall may finally be made.

“If @VP Pence were smart, starting making noises about how he'd LOVE to build a wall. He'd be sworn in as president about 2 weeks. I thought w/ Trump we'd finally have a president helping OUR country. So far: Syria, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Italy, China, N Kor. Today: Cuba!” she continued. “At least Cuba's in our hemisphere. How long can it be before Trump gets to America?”

Ouch. Coulter has a point. Many of Trump’s key campaign promises seem to have gone by the wayside in the early going. However, that’s not solely because he’s neglecting them. The president and his administration have been absolutely inundated with an ungodly amount of negative press, and that’s led to the brakes being tapped on a number of fronts as things get straightened out.

Of course, Trump and his administration are somewhat to blame for that, as the White House has had a challenged communications strategy - to say the least. That being said, the mainstream press is doing nobody any favors by continually painting every little story that breaks as if the sky is falling. Every massive ‘bombshell’ report is treated as if it’s the end of life as we know it, but we’re all remarkably still standing.

Add it all up, and the frustration is palpable from Coulter and others. That frustration exists in the White House as well, and it also exists on the part of Trump’s detractors and critics as well. Until the negative narrative surrounding the Trump administration eases up - at least a little bit - we can, unfortunately, expect that to continue.
