Teen Is Released On Bail, Only To Be Arrested A Very Short While Later.

It is no doubt that sometimes people are terrifying. This can include young girls also. Erica Avery, a young girl in Florida, was one of the several teens that stripped another girl in their group's clothes, beat her and held her down to be raped. She was set free on bail but was quickly pulled back.

Avery broke her conditions of release on bail before the trial. Instead of laying low and trying to repent, Avery started bullying the victim online. Very soon after her arrest, videos surfaced online showing her and another girl, Patricia Montes, standing over the naked victim in the house of her rapist, Jayvon Woolfork.

They kidnapped her, beat her, kicked her and pepper sprayed her before pushing her to the ground and holding her down for Woolfork to sexually assault her. Avery's defense has denied allegations that Avery had anything to do with the videos being sent to the victim. The attorney said, "My client has assured me that at no point in time did she access the Internet,' Weinstein said. 'How is she supposed to control what her sister did?"

Both girls that held the victim down got four years in prison and two years of probation as long as they testified against the other defendants in the case. The victim said that he had known these people since her childhood and could not believe what was happening. She told the police that they attacked her after she smoked marijuana and drank alcohol so she would not be able to fight back.

People have shown their angry responses by posting them in the comments section of the Daily Mail like, "This is one sick person. She needs psychiatric treatment and jailing forever.", It's about time people started holding bullies accountable for their actions. Every one of them should be in prison." and "bringing back punishment in schools is a start, kids these days have no fear of any consequence."
