Lindsay Lohan Praises Good Friend Tiffany Trump As Women Plan Visit Together

Actress and Singer Lindsay Lohan has been enjoying life living abroad, and claims she never wants to return to America. That doesn't mean she has forgotten her American friends, however. Lohan recently posted on social media that she is looking forward to a visit with her good friend, First Daughter Tiffany Trump. The youngest daughter of President Donald Trump will be meeting Lohan in Greece.

The 31-year-old celebrity stirred up a lot of drama when she was younger. She battled substance abuse problems, had a major reputation as a party girl and of being a diva, and filmmakers didn't want to work with Lohan anymore. The few things she did appear in tanked. She was accused of theft, and was even arrested twice in 2007 for driving under the influence.

According to Lohan, though, that is all in her past. "I'm a normal, nice person," Lohan told the New York Times. "A good person. I don't have any bad intentions. And my past has to stay in the past."

"Like, people have to just let go of it and stop bringing it up because it's not — it's gone," she added. "It's dead. And that's the most important thing to me."

In 2016, Lohan began studying Islam, and her life appeared to turn around 180 degrees. She deleted some of her more provocative images on her Instagram account. She began dressing more modestly. She moved to Dubai, where she says she's more comfortable than ever.

"It’s the safest place. It’s less demanding," she says. "America is always like, 'Go go go go go!' I don’t have to turn on the news and see about the Kardashians. I don’t have to see anything anymore. I choose what I want to see and how I want to live."

Lohan owns two nightclubs in Greece: Lohan Nightclub in Athens and Lohan Beach House Mykonos. Apparently, Tiffany is planning to go visit her old friend. Friend Andrew Warren shared a screen shot of a FaceTime call between Trump and Lohan with the caption 'Planning Mykonos'.

"[Tiffany's] a really sweet girl," Lindsay told the Times. "Nice person."

Tiffany's father, President Trump, once joked about Lohan being troubled in an interview with Howard Stern. The then-reality star said that Lohan, who was 18 at the time, was 'probably deeply troubled and therefore great in bed'.

Apparently, Lohan doesn't hold it against Trump.

"Here’s the thing: very simple with politics," she said. "He’s the president. No matter what anyone says, he’s still the president. I have no feeling. I have no emotion."

Lohan had tweeted her support of Trump during the election as well. "THIS IS our president... Stop #bullying him & start trusting him. Thank you personally for supporting #THEUSA," she wrote.

She called the Trump family 'kind people' and added, "As An American, why speak poorly of anyone?"

"I think always in the public eye you’re gonna be scrutinized, and he is the president... We have to join him. If you can’t beat him, join him."

Lohan has gotten a lot of backlash for supporting Trump, but it doesn’t seem to bother the ‘Parent Trap’ star anymore. She seems to be at peace with herself, finally.
