Know How to Cook Without Electricity or Gas? Ask This 'Farm Girl' Survivalist

If you're a fan of Instagram models, YouTube beauties and survival, you may already know who Jennifer King, a/k/a 'Farm Girl Jen', is. If you don't know her, you might want to start looking. This 50-year-old woman looks better than most girls half her age, and she's got some serious skills to share-- all while scantily clad.

King is a farmer from North Carolina who looks ripped in a bikini. As a side job, she and her husband earns about $100,000 per year on YouTube from their channel, Banshee Moon. On the channel, she shows off some of her skills, such as axe-throwing, tractor-pulling and firearm shooting. She also demonstrates household tips, such as how to easily peel eggs, or how to cook shrimp stew inside of a pumpkin for Halloween.

In some videos she teaches survival skills, such as how to use a 'rocket' stove. Rocket stoves can be purchase, or you can make your own if you know how to weld. The 'stove' is a slanted V-shape set of pipes elevated on legs. The design maximizes heat efficiency, so with just a few wood chips you can have your dinner cooked in an emergency.

As her husband films and explains the stove, Farm Girl Jen lights it up using a barbecue lighter and some crumbled-up papers. After getting the paper burning, she begins tossing in some well-seasoned pieces of kindling. Once the stove is really hot, a cross-piece can be attached to the top so that you can place a frying pan or pot right on top and proceed with your meal preparation.

Farm Girl and her husband, Exoman, head out to their chicken coop for some eggs, the return to their stove to whip up a quick fried egg breakfast. Rocket stoves would be great for camping, but they are mainly intended for survivalists who are prepping for the end of the world as we know it.

But the real appeal to Farm Girl Jen’s videos is that the beautiful woman flashes a lot of skin and rippling muscles while she makes them. Often wearing a bikini, crop top, tight shorts or spandex, King is as gorgeous as just about any model you would find gracing the covers of the world’s most popular beauty magazines. For some people, a beautiful, fit woman shooting firearms and throwing axes on the farm is about as sexy as it gets.

“I never imagined I would become a social media star at this age,” King said in an interview with the New York Post. “It’s funny that this all started with my husband making a few videos of what I do for fun and I am flabbergasted at how much the whole thing has just kind of exploded."

King began lifting weights in her 40s, and since then has developed her famous rock-hard abs. “I did some weightlifting starting in my mid-, late 20s but didn’t get serious about the weights until just about eight years ago when I started doing CrossFit where we did a lot of Olympic lifting, and then about four years ago I added a strength program to my regimen,” she explained in the interview. “I feel that a healthy lifestyle can cure all manner of physical and mental ailments."
