KFC Says 'Too Bad' to Customers Bothered by Sign on Front Door (Photo)

A number of fast food stores have made headlines in recent months due to servers treating law enforcement officers poorly. Cops have had their food tampered with, spit in, have been harassed and disrespected by servers, and have even been refused service. With all that, one KFC had to do something.

A Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in Gallipolis, Ohio put a note on the door for police. "All uniformed police officers eat free every day all day," the note said.

A customer entering the store was pleasantly surprised by the sign and snapped a photo of it. They posted the photo to social media, and it's going viral.

The kind act is surely a welcome sight to many hard-working officers who are being treated like criminals just for doing their jobs. It was posted to the Facebook page 'Ohio Going Blue,' although officers commenting say it's not necessary. They're not looking for a free meal; they just want to be treated with respect.
