Man Who Kicked Kitten Onto Power Line And Killed It Gets Hit With Karma

One Tennessee man who reportedly had a total disregard for life has lost his own.

Back in 2014, Dejion Robertson was accused of murdering a kitten.

“He picked up the cat by its neck and just kicked it — kicked it up in the air,” his neighbor said.

The kitten was punted up into the air, hit power lines and then hit the ground, according to Mad World News. The neighbor tried to save the cat before police arrived, to no avail.

Robertson fled the scene. When he was later found he said the cat ran into the house and attacked one of the children in there. Police, however, said there was no evidence to support his claims. He was arrested for aggravated animal cruelty, and booked in jail on $1,000 bond. He also received a probation violation for committing the crime.

Mad World News had no further details on those charges.

Earlier this month, Alabama police found the body of a 21-year-old man who they say is Robertson. Police are now trying to find out whether the homicide occurred in Tennessee or Alabama.

“We’re looking into both places. Right now we’re leaning toward Alabama, but it still probably could have happened in Tennessee and he was brought across state lines,” police said.
