Hotel Finally Discovers Reason Dog Sat Outside For 6 Months, Refusing To Move (Photos)

It was love at first sight, and Rubio knew he had to make her his. Since the first time they met, he knew he wanted to be with her forever.

Olivia Sievers, a German flight attendant, first met stray dog Rubio in Buenos Aires. She gave him some food and attention and went on her way, but it wasn’t over for Rubio. He knew that he wanted Sievers as his owner. So, he waited for her outside her hotel every single night, MailOnline reports.

“I tried to change my way as I didn't want him to follow me to the hotel but it was not possible he always followed me so I tried [to wait] one hour but he always watched me and followed me,” she said. “I met him in January or February this year when I was in Buenos Aires. I was walking around very early in the morning, we played and I had some dog food.”

Though she found it odd, she wasn’t frightened by the stray dog. He was just “really happy that someone gave him attention. This dog really wants some friend and some attention, really he's always looking for a human.”

Every single time Sievers came back to Buenos Aires, her friend Rubio would be waiting for her. She eventually found him a new home. However, Rubio felt his home was with her and ran away from his new home to return to her hotel. Sievers finally got the hint and took Rubio to her home in Germany.
